About Heathland

Heathland is a collector and processor of post-industrial plastic scrap. The company is situated in the Netherlands (Utrecht), Poland (Warsaw) and China (Hong Kong), where it has office and production. Materials are processed in-house. Heathland was originally founded in Hong Kong, in the spring of 2006. To establish a strong material network in Europe, the head office was soon moved to the Netherlands. Currently, Heathland is active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Russia and several Asian countries. Being located in Asia and the Europe, Heathland is always close to the very places where our recycling services are demanded. Our aim is to surpass expectations of our customers. This goes both for customer-service and material quality. Through our internal inspection programme, Heathland can guarantee a constant high standard of it's recycled materials.

 

 

Recycling in general, and plastic recycling in particular, enjoys a very bright future. As resource depletion, environmental concerns, and other factors drive primary production costs up, the relative importance of recycling in supplying the material needs of society will grow. Heathland wants to add to the chain of plastic recycling by collecting and processing scrap plastics in ways and at places where they can produce most benefit for people and environment.
